Cancellation Policy – Credit Voucher Return

Policy Statement: If you need to cancel your reservation, the advance amount paid will be returned in the form of a credit voucher for future stays at Karthik Estate Cottages. This policy provides flexibility for our guests while allowing us to manage our resources effectively.

Policy Details:

Credit Voucher Issuance: Upon cancellation, guests will receive a credit voucher email equivalent to the amount of the advance payment, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or penalties outlined in the reservation terms and conditions.

Guest Count and Charges: Once a reservation is made for a specific number of guests, any reduction in the guest count will not result in a price adjustment. Charges will remain based on the original number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Voucher Use: The voucher can be used for future bookings at Karthik Estate Cottages, subject to availability and blackout dates. The voucher can be applied toward room charges, additional guest services, or other applicable expenses during the future stay.

Non-Transferable: The credit voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the original booking party or their immediate family members (spouse, children, or parents).

Validity Period: The credit voucher will have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused vouchers will expire after this period, and no extensions or refunds will be provided.

Partial Use: If the voucher is used for a booking of lesser value than the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be used for future stays within the validity period. However, no cash refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher.

No Cash Refunds: No cash refunds will be provided for cancellations; only credit vouchers will be issued.
Booking and Use: To redeem the credit voucher, guests must present the voucher email during the booking process.

Blackout Dates: The hotel reserves the right to impose blackout dates or restrictions on the use of credit vouchers during peak periods or special events.
By offering credit vouchers, Karthik Estate Cottages aims to provide guests with a flexible cancellation option while ensuring efficient resource management and minimizing potential revenue losses.

Reservations made will remain valid and no refunds will be processed for any shortened duration of your stay.
Departure before the scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for any refund for the remaining unused nights
